Dr. Oliver Henk
Co-Founder & CEO
Oliver holds a doctorate in business and brings long-standing experience with organisational analysis, internal control, and risk management. In recent years, he has contributed to projects that examine the use and implementation of AI across different organisational environments, with particular focus on responsible application and the design of reliable analytical processes.
Oliver has worked on large evaluation projects that address social and cultural phenomena, including areas that resist simple measurement. He also holds strong competence in the development of dashboards and data visualisations that communicate complex findings in clear and accessible ways. His visual tools have supported large-scale projects and strengthened the communication of analytical results to diverse stakeholders.
His experience with unstructured and difficult-to-quantify material strengthens NordAIConsult’s ability to build structured, method-based analytical procedures. He understands how AI can support organisations in a responsible manner and how structured evidence can improve the quality and stability of decision-making.
Dr. Anastasiya Henk
Co-Founder & CGO
Anastasiya holds a doctorate in business and has a background in business process management with a particular focus on turbulent and fast-changing environments. She has a long-standing interest in understanding complex organisational processes, identifying what creates value, and clarifying which elements obstruct efficiency or reliability. Her work often centres on bringing order to fragmented processes and shaping structures that support clear decisions and sustainable outcomes. She has engaged with artificial intelligence long before its recent surge in public attention. Her research covers AI use in service organisations and examines how AI supports, alters, or challenges established practices. She focuses specifically on human-AI collaboration and AI governance, with attention to how people use and misuse AI tools and how organisations require governance mechanisms to secure responsible and accountable use.
Anastasiya also contributes experience in social media research and in understanding how AI can strengthen existing research methods. Her work brings a detailed understanding of how technology, organisational processes, and human judgement interact. In such a way, her background supports NordAIConsult with a strong foundation for responsible AI use, structured analysis, and the ability to interpret complex information in settings marked by uncertainty and rapid development.
